I recently sold my vehicle through rides and rods and had a good experience. I met with Jordan and we discussed all of the pertinent information. The sale went through per our discussion with no issues whatsoever.
Terry sold me a classic car knowing the vin tag was missing which I did not know at the time of purchase. Once I got the car home, realized I was unable to register the car in my state without proper vin tag identification. Called Terry he was not helpful in anyway or form to help resolve the issue. That is poor customer service after purchasing such an amount that he was unwilling to help. I would not recommend buying any used vehicles from this establishment I expected more from a professional car expert.
I wouldn't hesitate to use their services again. Thanks Jordan.
